When Booking your Appointment:

• We do ask that you save your credit card on file for touch-less transactions

• New clients must save a credit card on file to book. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged our 24 Hour fee so please give us more than 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule.

Upon Arrival to your Appointment:

• If you are feeling at all under the weather we ask that you wear a mask. If you are coughing in the salon we may ask you to wear a mask, as we are in such close proximity to our guests’ faces.

• We have a new Text message ability - you can text us if you are running late, etc

• We are WAIVING our 24 hour cancellation fee for anyone who has covid

  • However, we do ask that you respect our 24 Hour/No Show Fee for appointments missed or rescheduled with little to no notice = 50% of the missed service. We hope you understand that we lose the ability to fill your appointment when we are given limited notice.
